Đã là thức ăn gây ung thư thì "tía má" nhà ai dám mua mà ăn; và Cơ quan Y tế (ví dụ ở phương Tây) chịu để yên cho mà bán. Chỉ có thể là thức ăn vô tình hay hữu ý bị nhiễm bẩn bởi các chất gây ung thư, ví dụ 1 dạo Hà Nội lao đao vì bánh phở tẩm Phóoc - môn; vì chất quỷ quái này có khả năng gây ung thư nếu ăn nhiều. Ngoài ra có thể chất ung thư hình thành trong quá trình chế biến thức ăn, ví dụ nướng thịt trên bếp lửa than, giọt mỡ chảy ra, cháy xèo xèo tạo ra các hợp chất có chứa vòng benzen, bay lên, lại bám vào miếng thịt, ăn nhiều dễ ung thư. Hoặc thức ăn bị nhiễm nấm, khuẩn ... chúng xơi thức ăn và tiết hợp chất gây độc có khi gây ung thư chẳng hạn alflatoxin thường hay gặp trong ngũ cốc để bảo quản không kỹ lưỡng, bị nhiễm Aspergillus flavus....

Ai có tài liệu chung về đặc điểm hình thái, cấu tạo của nấm mốc Aspergillus cho mình xin. Mình tìm không có cái nào nói về nó hết. Thanks

Ủa sao kì vậy bạn, link vẫn hoạt động mà. Chắc có lẽ link rapidshare xài không tốt ở VN. Nếu bạn cần mình sẽ up lên host khác. Do các rapidshare cho phép quản lí file tốt nên mình up cả lên đấy, bạn thông cảm, hehe
