em không biết dịch từ "dye-labelled" là gì cho đúng nhất. Chăng nhẽ dịch là "dán nhãn thuốc nhuộm". Ai biết thì dịch giúp em với. Thank!

Như anh Hưng nói, label thường được dùng với nghĩa "đánh dấu", dye-labeled là một tính từ, nó thường đi kèm với một danh từ khác, VD như "Dye-labeled antibodies" hay "dye-labeled DNA, nucleotide", nghĩa là kháng thể được đánh dấu, hay nucleotide được đánh dấu bằng chất nhuộm. Nguyên tắc của việc sử dụng đánh dấu bằng các chất nhuộm dựa trên việc kích thích (excitation) các phân tử này (gắn chuyên biệt với mục tiêu cần phát hiện) phát ra (emission) các ánh sáng có bước sóng xác định. Cường độ sáng phụ thuộc vào số lượng của chất nhuộm có trong mẫu.
Các ứng dụng của việc đánh dấu khá đa dạng, theo mình biết thì nó được dùng khá nhiều trong sinh học phân tử như microarray, hay thao tác trên nucleotide.
