Tôi đã nuôi qua các dòng tế bào người như : nguyên bào sợi (fibroblast) từ mô nhau và phôi người, dòng tế bào gốc phôi, dòng T-lymphocytes dùng để xác định bệnh di truyền nên cũng biết chút it về kỹ thuật nuôi cấy tế bào động vật.

Hiện tại tôi đang làm việc tại Lap of tissue bank, hiện giờ đang nghiên cứu quy trình nuôi cấy kerationcytes (thuộc chương trình cấp nhà nước năm 2006). Không biết có bạn nào trên diễn đàn quan tâm thì có thể share với mình về mọi thứ đặc biệt là về keratinocytes culture.

? Chị nuôi cấy các tế bào gốc phôi của bọn nào đó? Các tế bào gốc phôi đó là do chị phân lập hay nguồn từ đâu hả chị?

thứ nhất, minh ko phai là chị. ha ha ha
thứ hai, minh dang học master, mình chuẩn bị làm đề tài nghiên cứu đề thiết lập một quy trình nuôi cấy tế bào sừng người.
mình đã có rất nhiều sách nhưng vẫn thiếu một cuốn sách này
ko biết trên diễn đàn mình có ai quan tâm đến dòng tế bào này ko nhỉ?
tiềm năng ứng dụng của nó thì khỏi bàn cãi rồi.
hiện nay, viện bỏng quốc gia đang tiến hành đề tài này (năm 2006) đuợc 3 tỉ đồng việt nam kinh phí để nghiên cứu. chổ mình cũng làm một nhánh trong đề tài đó.

This publication combines and extends the now classic system of human cytogenetic nomenclature prepared by expert committees and published in collaboration with Cytogenetic and Genome Research (formerly: Cytogenetics and Cell Genetics) since 1963.

Revised and finalized by the ISCN Committee and its advisors at a meeting in Vancouver, BC, in December 2004, it updates, corrects and incorporates all previous human cytogenetic nomenclature recommendations into one systematically organized publication. It thus supersedes the previous compilations in ISCN 1985 and its supplement, ISCN 1991, the Guidelines for Cancer Cytogenetics, and ISCN 1995.
