Thắc mắc câu hỏi chuyên ngành

Em sắp học Dược, khi đọc tài liệu em bắt gặp 1 câu hỏi như sau nhưng không biết trả lời, mong các anh chị giúp đỡ:

Chính xác phải là mắt của người Châu Á. Mắt nâu dễ nhầm với một màu mắt của người Châu Âu. Mắt người châu Á, và người Việt Nam có màu sắc từ đen đậm đến nâu đậm, nhưng không có nâu nhạt.

Em hiểu câu hỏi nhưng không biết câu trả lời thỏa đáng, em cũng đã nghiên cứu trên wiki nhưng chưa đúc được câu trả lời. Ai giúp em với ạ?

Wiki nó đề rõ đấy, bạn động não tí sẽ tìm ra mối liên hệ.
Melanin có mặt ở da và mắt, và ở các cơ quan khác.
Người ở "xứ nóng" có da đen do nhiều melanin => cũng có nhiều melanin ở mắt.
Và wiki nó đề là mắt có nhiều melanin thì có màu nâu đen.

"Xứ nóng" ở đây nói đến gốc gác di truyền. Ví dụ người Nhật và Hàn thì không sống ở xứ nóng, nhưng tổ tiên họ di cư từ Đông Nam Á lên nên vẫn được xem là dân "xứ nóng".
