After checking our 2008 Country Exclusions for Viet Nam (e-mail sent on 14 Dec. 2007 to all our registered institutions), we noticed that:

As one of the conditions of HINARI, the publishers have the right to protect their existing business, and may choose not to offer their journals to countries where they have significant sales or local sales agents. This is the case for your country. This means that you will not have full-text access to the journals of the following publishers:

AAAS - American Association for the Advancement of Science
BioOne
British Medical Journal (July 1, 2008)
Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins
Springer

Despite the restrictions on some content, the HINARI offer for your country is significant and we will continue to work on your behalf to improve it. New publishers are continuing to join HINARI, and the journal collection you have access to will continue growing.

Không biết anh chị em nhà mình khi xài acc vtnxxx có gặp trục trặc với SD và SpringerLink không nhỉ? Giờ gặp hai thằng này tớ toàn phải chạy từ HINARI sang vista.gov.vn

Cám ơn Hiển nhiều nghe. Mình cũng có dùng hinari, nhưng nhiều vẫn gặp trở ngại. Nhiều tạp chí cho full access mà vẫn không lấy bài được. Hy vọng account của Hiển mạnh hơn.
