Có thể là do thuốc thử ,bạn thử pha theo protocol : 1ml dd FeCl3 0,5M với 50ml dd HClO4 35% xem sao. protocol này mình lấy ở cuốn " Methods for characterization of streptomyces species" của EB.Shirling & D.Gottlieb.- Quan Nguyen
